First, what is an 'organic church'? It's simply a community of believers meeting together without all of the additives. It's not about programs, policies or rules, it's about community. It's not an institution, it's an organism that lives, breathes, and has it's being through a relationship with Jesus Christ. This community of believers may meet in a house, a cafe, a dorm, or any other general meeting place. It's not about their location, it's about their relationship with one another and with Jesus.
 The Tennessee Organic Church Network was created to allow these simple churches, and the ones looking for them, a place to communicate and learn together. By working together and yet maintaining our own identities in Christ we can help to promote Kingdom relationships within the Body of Christ. Whether you call it house church, simple church, organic church, campus church, cafe church, or any other name, we are all of one body that makes up His Church.

A House Church In Oak Ridge |

A house church is currently meeting on a bi-monthly basis is Oak Ridge, TN. A community of believers are currently worshipping and studying at the home of Mark and Laura Ortiz. Every other Sunday at 2pm the group gathers for a meal and fellowship which is usually followed by a time of Spirit-filled worship, prayer and study. Email

Clinton, TN House Church Meeting Schedule |

The House Church at the home of Mark and Robin Skiles has scheduled the following gatherings for early 2009. The gatherings will begin at 6:30pm with a meal. The location is 20 Shady Place in Clinton,TN. Everyone is welcomed. The monthly gatherings will be on: - Friday, January 9th
